I don’t know what’s so hard for people to understand about this. I really do love my coworkers — they’re some of the best people I’ve met.

But… do I want to see them every day? No. There is a very short list of faces I want/need to see every day, and a bunch of strangers handpicked by my HR department just don’t make the cut.

I’m obsessed with this topic and wrote my own Medium story about it. I’m just so incredulous that they expect us to come back like nothing ever happened.
