It is! I’m glad someone else is saying this.
If you have two employees, and employee A is more productive at home and employee B is an insufferable extrovert who is more productive in the office, why on earth is it a struggle for those in charge to figure out what to do? Let your employees choose where they work best (and if they choose wrong and perform poorly, that’s on their head.)
Congratulations, Boss! You just got half your overcrowded office space back, carte blanche to fire nonperformers, and you no longer need to sign that exorbitant new lease in a bigger building. Take the win. 😆
