Yep. I can’t imagine loading myself into a dangerous, crowded BART train in San Francisco twice a day just so someone who gets paid too much can say they laid eyes on me that day. If watching your employee do their work is the only way you have of evaluating the quality of their output, your whole hiring system is rotten to the core. Hire people you trust. Empower them to make good decisions.
